How does Asfand work with international brands?
Asfand Yar Junejo works remotely from Hyderabad, Pakistan (UTC+5, no daylight saving) with brands whose buyers are elsewhere. Requests, scoping and delivery run by email, with one 45-minute video call for a Standard audit that you time yourself, so the time difference rarely matters, and the scope and fee are sent before any work starts and nothing is charged until you accept them. Published evidence covers a USA-based brand; there is no published audit for a UK, UAE or other client yet, and this page says so.
1. How does remote working with an international brand run?
In writing first: you send the website, the market and one buyer question, the reply sets out the scope, and the work and files are delivered by email.
- Request. Use the form on the audit page: website, main market, option, and one question your buyers ask.
- Scope and fee by email. The reply names the question set, the platforms, the pages and the fee. See Lite and Standard.
- Your decision. Nothing starts, and nothing is charged, until you have seen and accepted both.
- Delivery. A dated record and a ranked plan, with what was not tested listed. A worked example is public.
Confirmed Process as described on the audit page and in its FAQ
2. What does the time difference look like?
Hyderabad is on Pakistan Standard Time, UTC+5, all year. The table converts 09:00 in your city to Hyderabad time, in winter and in summer where your clocks change.
| Your city | 09:00 there is, in Hyderabad (winter) | Summer (clocks forward) |
|---|---|---|
| London | 14:00 (UTC+0) | 13:00 (UTC+1) |
| Berlin | 13:00 (UTC+1) | 12:00 (UTC+2) |
| Dubai | 10:00 (UTC+4, no change) | 10:00 |
| New York | 19:00 (UTC-5) | 18:00 (UTC-4) |
| Los Angeles | 22:00 (UTC-8) | 21:00 (UTC-7) |
| Auckland | 01:00 next day (UTC+13, their summer) | 02:00 next day (UTC+12) |
A Lite audit needs no shared working day, because questions and answers travel by email. A Standard audit includes a 45-minute video call, and its time is agreed by email using this table, so you can pick a slot inside your own working day.
Confirmed Standard UTC offsets; check your own date near a clock change
3. How do scoping and payment work across borders?
Scope and fee are agreed in writing before work starts. The fee is not shown on the audit page because it is sent with the scope.
- Written scope first. The question set, platforms, pages and fee are in one email you can forward to your finance or legal team.
- Agencies are welcome. Say so in the request and name the client's website and market; the scope email covers who receives the files.
- Invoicing needs. Put any invoicing, currency or tax-paperwork requirement in the request so the reply can address it.
- No analytics access needed for Lite. It uses public pages and AI answers only; Standard can add read-only Search Console access if you choose.
Strongly supported From the audit page; payment methods are not published and are settled in the scope email
4. What does each audit option look like on a calendar?
Lite is delivered 7 working days and Standard 10 working days after your inputs arrive, and the days start counting only when the agreed inputs are in, so sending them together is the fastest route.
| Step | Lite | Standard |
|---|---|---|
| You request | Website, main market, one buyer question, option | The same |
| Scope and fee arrive by email | 10 buyer questions on Google AI features and ChatGPT, 5 priority pages | 20 buyer questions on Google AI features, ChatGPT and Perplexity, 10 priority pages |
| You accept and send inputs | Confirm the scope, then send the inputs listed below | The same, plus optional read-only Search Console access |
| Delivery | 7 working days after inputs are received | 10 working days after inputs are received |
| How results are explained | Written answers to your questions by email, which suits any time zone | A 45-minute video call, at a time agreed by email using the table above |
The fee is the one thing that is not on the page: it is sent with the scope, before any work starts, and nothing is charged until you accept both. The two options are described in full on the audit page.
Confirmed Taken from the options table and process steps on the audit page, checked November 1, 2026
5. What should you have ready before you request an audit?
Five things, each of which changes what is tested, so a few minutes of preparation produces a more useful audit.
| Provide | What it changes |
|---|---|
| Your website and main market | The market is the country or region the AI answers are tested for, so the same brand can be tested for the United States and, in a separate scope, for the United Kingdom |
| What you sell and the decision you want answers to support | Sets the buyer questions: a first quote, a comparison or a supplier shortlist each produce different answers |
| Two to five competitors, or the names AI answers show instead of you | Lets the audit record who is named in your place and compare the sources behind them |
| Buyer questions you already know matter | Replaces guesses with the questions your sales team hears |
| Optional (Standard): read-only Search Console access | Lets AI findings be set beside search data; Lite uses public pages and AI answers only |
6. Why does the main market matter so much?
Because AI answers can differ with the location, language and platform they are asked in, an audit has to say which market it tested and under what conditions.
- Location and language. Each answer in the worked audit is recorded with the engine, mode, date, location and signed-in state, because a result seen in one setting is not a result for every setting.
- Who is named. The providers an assistant names for a category often differ by market, so the competitor list is built for the market you sell in.
- Which sources are cited. Local directories, trade bodies and regional publications may be cited in one market and not in another, which changes what a page needs to be compared with.
- What is not assumed. A result for one market says nothing about another, so a second market is scoped and tested separately.
Directional The recording practice is confirmed from the worked audit; the point that answers vary by market is a general observation, not a measured figure for any one platform
7. How are your details and files handled?
The request form is emailed to Asfand and kept as a private record so it can be answered, and the audit files are delivered by email and are yours to keep and share inside your company or with your agency.
- What you send. The form asks for your name, work email, website, main market and one buyer question. Nothing else is collected through it.
- What Lite reads. Public pages and the AI answers it records. It does not need your analytics.
- What Standard can add. Read-only Search Console access, only if you choose to grant it.
- Your rights. The privacy policy explains how this site handles data, including how to ask for yours to be deleted, and how visits are measured with Google Analytics.
Confirmed From the audit page, its request form and the privacy policy, checked November 1, 2026. If your company needs a specific data-handling agreement, say so in the request
8. Which markets does the published evidence cover?
One client market with a public record: a USA-based brand. Other markets appear only in earlier remote roles, not in published audits.
| Market | What the public record shows | Where to check |
|---|---|---|
| United States | Digital Marketing Manager at a USA-based swag management brand since July 2023, across three portfolio brands; a project write-up for this brand with Search Console figures (4,480 clicks) | Work, career record |
| International signage company | A project write-up with Search Console figures (9,180 clicks and 3.2M impressions in 12 months), self-reported | Work |
| New Zealand (Auckland) | Remote Digital Marketing Analyst role at Serpkiwi.com, May 2022 to June 2023. A past job, not a published audit | Career record |
| United Arab Emirates (Dubai) | Remote Head of Digital Marketing role at LimesWood Real Estate Brokers, January to March 2022. A past job, not a published audit | Career record |
| United Kingdom, EU, others | No published client work. The only published AI visibility audit is of this site | Audit example |
Confirmed Taken from the work and career pages; a role is not evidence of results in that market
9. How does this offer score against the vetting rubric?
The site's own rubric for vetting an AI search expert has eight checks, and this table points to where you can run each one yourself, including the weakest.
| Criterion | Where to check it |
|---|---|
| 1. Identity | The career record, with linked profiles |
| 2. Primary research | The 500-site AI-crawler audit, with method, limits and a downloadable register |
| 3. Evidence labels | The Confirmed, Directional and Hypothesis labels on every page, and the experiment log |
| 4. Honest claims | What the audit does not do, starting with no guaranteed mention |
| 5. Clear scope | The Lite and Standard table; the fee itself is confirmed by email |
| 6. Separate measurement | The worked audit and the six outcomes in the GEO vs AEO article |
| 7. Verifiable credentials | The certifications register |
| 8. Independent corroboration | The weakest line: the record is mostly self-published, as the rubric article says plainly |
Directional A self-assessment by the site's author; use the rubric to run your own check rather than relying on this one
10. Questions from international buyers
Short answers on location, time zones, markets and what is not offered.
Does the location of my business matter?
No. The work is delivered remotely to international brands and teams, whatever country the brand sells in.
Do I need to be available during Pakistani working hours?
No. Requests, the scope and the files travel by email, so nobody has to work at night. The one call, in a Standard audit, is timed by email using the table above.
Is there a page or service specific to my country?
No. The audit takes your main market as an input and tests the questions your buyers ask there. This page covers every market in one place instead of near-duplicate country pages.
Can I see work for a client in my market?
Only for the markets in the table above. If your market is not listed, the worked audit example shows the method on this site's own data, and the scope email states what would and would not be tested for your market.
Can an agency request an audit for a client in another country?
Yes. Say so in the request and name the client's website and market. The scope email covers who receives the files.
Can you audit more than one market?
Yes, as a separate scope for each market. Say so in the request and the scope is written for it, because a result for one market says nothing about another.
When is the fee sent, and when is anything charged?
The fee is sent by email with the agreed scope, before any work starts. Nothing is charged until you have seen and accepted both.
How long does an audit take?
Lite is delivered 7 working days after the agreed inputs arrive and Standard 10 working days after. The days start when the inputs are in.
Do you need access to my analytics?
No. Lite uses public pages and AI answers only. Standard can add read-only Search Console access if you choose to grant it.
Send the website, the market and one buyer question
The reply sets out the scope, the platforms and the fee, so you can decide before anything starts.
