What free SEO and AI visibility tools can you run in your browser?
These are free SEO and AI visibility tools by Asfand Yar Junejo that run in your browser: no login, no credit limit. Two prototype tools are ready now: a robots.txt checker for AI crawlers and a schema markup generator and checker. Two more are planned and listed below.
Part 1
Use a tool
Start with the tool that is ready now.
1. Which free tool can you use today?
Two tools: a robots.txt checker for AI crawlers, and a schema markup generator and checker for people and brands.
| Tool | What it checks | Status |
|---|---|---|
| Robots.txt checker for AI crawlers | Whether 22 AI and search crawlers, including OpenAI, Anthropic, Perplexity and Google, can crawl a path, with data on how 103 popular sites treat them | Prototype |
| Schema markup generator and checker | Builds JSON-LD for 12 types, including Person, Organization, Article, Product, Event, Recipe and JobPosting, and checks existing markup for structural problems | Prototype |
Directional Both are prototypes: the robots.txt logic follows the standard but the bot list changes often, and the schema tool checks structure only, so confirm results with Google's own tests
2. How many times can you use the tools?
Each visitor gets 3 free runs across all the tools; a business email on the Search Signals list unlocks 10 more.
| Free runs | 3, shared by every tool on this site |
|---|---|
| After that | Join Search Signals with a business email to unlock 10 more runs |
| Not counted | Loading an example, copying, downloading and editing a result you already generated |
| Not accepted | Personal addresses such as Gmail or Yahoo, and temporary addresses |
Directional The count is kept in your browser, so it is a fair-use limit and not a security control; it may change
Part 2
See what is coming
Planned tools and who each one helps.
3. What is planned next?
Two more browser tools, each tied to a check that comes up on real projects. None is built yet, so none is linked.
| Planned tool | Checks |
|---|---|
| llms.txt generator | A formatted llms.txt file from a page list |
| Search Console regex builder | RE2 filters for question and brand queries |
4. Who are these tools for?
Marketers, founders, developers and agencies who need a quick first check before paying for a full audit.
| If you are | Use a tool to |
|---|---|
| A founder or marketer | Find out why AI assistants never mention the brand |
| A developer | Check a launch or migration did not block crawlers |
| An agency | Run a first-pass check on a client site in a minute |
| A publisher | Decide what AI bots may read |
Part 3
How the tools work
How they differ from the Lab, why they run in the browser and what happens to your input.
5. How are these different from the Lab?
These tools check one pasted input in your browser. The Lab holds internal systems that watch whole sites over time during client work.
| Feature | Free tools | Lab |
|---|---|---|
| Who runs it | You, right now | Asfand, on projects |
| Input | One file or text block | A whole site or dataset |
6. Why do the tools run in the browser?
So you can paste real files without an account, and so the tool has no server of its own to keep running.
The trade-off: a browser tool cannot fetch another site's files, so you paste the text in. Each tool page says exactly what it reads and what it cannot see.
7. What happens to what you paste?
The checking runs in your browser, and the tool does not send what you paste anywhere. The only thing a tool can send is the business email you choose to give to unlock more runs.
The page itself is served and measured like any other page on this site. If a tool ever needs a server, this page will say so before you paste anything.
Directional Stated by the builder; you can confirm it in your browser's network panel while using a tool
